小菜 Xiao Cai

Xiao Cai means “Little Dish” ( 小 菜 ) usually served cold.  These are not main course dishes yet not classified as Dim Sum either.  they are from all regions of China.  We often come up with new recipes where we think you may enjoy a change.  Of course, please let us know either you like it or not.  Especially if you don’t, please tell the manager why.  We will try everything we can to improve the taste.  bare in mind, many of these came from all regions of China, the taste may not suit the Americans.
